Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year of engineering, has already begun to study for UPSC. When she finished her senior year of engineering, Srushti Deshmukh wondered if she'd enjoy working in engineering. Later, she realized her dream was civil services and decided to pursue it. She was urged by her parents to pursue an employment in the civil service and get ready for the exams. She did not lose motivation and was focused at her dream of becoming an IAS. The process of achieving UPSC is a lot of work. She also prepared for UPSC tests while she was studying engineering. Exam preparation consumed all day long. She was able to pass engineering tests in only one and a half months and avoided social life and all social media sites. She is convinced that focus is crucial to pass the exam of government and becoming an officer in the civil service. She was committed to passing the test, and she put in a good number of efforts. Her habit was to go through newspapers in order to keep abreast of current affairs every day. She also got a lot of help online collecting different studying materials as well as taking in Rajya Sabha TV.
